After a not too easy build super happy with the bike, absolutely worth it

Overall, the frame quality, paint finish, and power transfer performance are exceptional. The bike feels fast, stiff, and very responsive on the road.

However, there were several hardware and component specification discrepancies upon delivery. I originally ordered a 10-30T cassette, but it arrived with a 10-36T cassette, and the headset spacers were different from the specification as well. Additionally, small accessories like the computer mount and valves were missing, and the saddle came as a Selle Italia instead of the listed SAMASSI 3D-printed saddle.

Fortunately, customer support (Fei) was very responsive and professional. They quickly resolved these issues by sending out the missing accessories and providing a fair partial refund to compensate for the specification changes.

Once dialed in, the ER:ONE is a fantastic performance bike for the price. Excellent frame quality and great post-purchase customer support!

I’m very happy with the Er One. It’s extremely comfortable to ride and completely silent — not a single creak or other unwanted noise so far.

I ordered it with the ceramic bearings. They don’t feel quite as smooth-spinning as some of the other ceramic bearings I’ve tested, but I’ll have to see how they perform and how long they last before making a final judgment.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with the cockpit. The stack is a little low for me, even with 2.5 cm of spacers, but I was aware of that before buying. It just gives me another good reason to work on my mobility!

Coming from a s-works sl8, and I dont regret my decision. More comfortabel and feels just as fast. Maybe faster. My mechanic where also really pleased with the quality of the frame.

This bike is awesome! 7.88kg/17.4lbs with a Quick Pro cockpit, Rore wheels, and 105 di2.

Feels fast and stiff, yet comfortable, even coming from an endurance bike. Comfortable on a 5hr ride, no aches. I've done ~150mi so far (just got the bike last week). Surprisingly stable at high speed. Crosswinds can be an issue if you're lighter. My front water bottle (26oz) hits the frame when going over bumps, so I'd recommend a smaller bottle or a cage that can move up/down. No other issues while riding.

Quality is overall pretty good. BB threaded in by hand, headset cups looked perfect. The front brake was very hard to align and stop from rubbing (though this could have been an issue with my caliper, not the frame). Also a tiny bit of paint on the brake mounts that was easily removed. IMO, the instruction booklet could have been better, but most of it is self-explanatory. The bike was overall easy to build up, high quality.

Shipping from the US warehouse was quick, delivery around a week after ordering.

Super hyped on my ER One! I ordered the frame and handlebars and built it up with a mix of sram force/red. It rides and feels amazing. My previous bike was a 2024 Allez Sprint and the geometry are very similar but with the ER One having a slightly longer wheelbase it really feels so stable. I also had the EXS Aerover handlebar and the canwin zephyr bars feel nearly identical to me. For anyone considering a size, I got a size medium and I’m 5’ 10” with a 30 in inseam and it fits perfectly. Build quality was great and I had no issues with fitments and clearances.

Fantastic stiff light and comfortable

The finish is really great and building it was a real pleasure (ultegra di2). The bike really cuts through the air if you get the right wheelset. It feels responsive but not overly stiff. Extra points for the cutom paint which came out great.

Absolutely beautiful aero frame in raw carbon finish, which takes on a whole new personality when the sun is beaming down on it. The custom colour option is at an accessible price point and is a really nice opportunity to make the frame your own.
