Firstly the bike felt very responsive and stiff. On top of the bike, the main thing i want to comment here is actually the support customer service especially Emily and Fei. They have been veryvattentive towars my issues raised from logistic to refund due to wrong sizing delivered. It was a smooth and hassle free support from them and QP.

Best from both world, cheaper and almost same preformance as dura ace

Great bike! Met almost all expectations. Top quality to the last screw! But the customer service has mentioned that bike is ready to ride. This is not so. You have to be technically very ready to make the Vike roadworthy (assemble).

Quite happy with the Quickpro Er:one shipped quickly received well packed and very impressed with overall quality and feel of the bike.

I love this bike! It is an absolute blast to ride. I replaced my Canyon Aeroad CFR with the ER One and it is an all around better bike. It’s more nimble and accelerates much better off the line and does not feel as sluggish as the Canyon. It’s huge bang for buck and an incredible value. Customer service was great so no complaints there. Would definitely buy from Quick Pro again.

Awesome bike! I know everyone is hesitant to buy a Chinese bike, but China has come a long way in the technology race, it is no longer "cheap imitations". This bike is light, fast, and Aero, PLUS, you have a LOT of choice for a paint scheme, and let's face it, nobody wants to ride or own an ugly bike. I swear I gained about 2 mph(10%) over my 2016 bike for the same effort. My criticisms would be this. The bike arrives (almost ) fully disassembled. Only the hydraulic brake lines, shifters and handlebar tape are installed. Everything else needs to be assembled, like adding the rim strip to the wheels, etc. Directions are poor (only in Chinese)to say the least, and there are no pictures to help those that cannot read Chinese. The stem cannot be lowered more than 10mm without cutting the fork. Maybe this is standard with a carbon fork, I am not sure. The last "negative" item is that because the bike is so light, and has such thin walls, it has a tendency to magnify and echo any creaks or sounds, like the carbon spokes on the deep dish carbon wheels. Yeah, minor items to complain about, I know. As I said, overall I am VERY pleased with the bike, but I only have about 1500 miles on it so far.

La bicicleta es increible, muy aerodinámica. Confortable, y además el manillar Canwin es un gran hallazgo porque es muy cómodo y resistente. Las ruedas con increíbles muy reactivas y muy cómodas!

This Bike far exceeds my expectations.
It is very neatly detailed. The Paint is flawless.
Assembly may be slightly challenging for some, especially since it lacks instructions. But, Quick Pro is new to the US market so I'm sure they are working on improving minor issues like this.

All of my rider friends are jealous of this bike and it's incredible value.

Really impressed with the QuickPro bike. It looks fantastic in person and rides even better than expected — very responsive, sharp handling, and feels quick as soon as you put the power down. The whole buying process was easy as well; the team were helpful, responsive, and straightforward to deal with. Great value for the spec and a bike I’m genuinely excited to ride. Highly recommended.

The Quick-Pro ER ONE is a top bike, 1kg lighter than my Scott Foil. The geometry is perfect for me; with the wide fork, it steers a bit sluggishly at low speeds, but once up to speed, it is truly aero. Price-quality ratio is definitely worth it; a top bike for much less money than a major brand. Shimano Ultegra does what we expect of it. Wheels with upgraded carbon spokes (Carwin F50C) feel light, top-notch. I had ordered a narrow option fork, but upon arrival, I received a wide one. After contacting after-sales service, I got $100 back, which I could live with. The only downside is the assembly; they told me in an email that it was 80% assembled, only the wheels and the fork needed shortening, but this was not the case. Battery, derailleur, seatpost, saddle, brake discs, cassette, chain – all included separately, so that is the only downside I have to mention. I also had to go to the bike shop to get everything sorted out, which was an extra cost of €193. Keep this in mind if you order a complete bike. I think that's a bit of a shame.

I received the bike almost fully assembled, which made the setup very quick and easy.

In person, the bike looks even more beautiful than in the photos. The design and finish are really impressive, and the overall aesthetic exceeded my expectations.

The bike fully matches the specifications described on the website, and the build quality feels excellent. Everything looks well-made and carefully assembled.

I can't wait to take it out for a long ride and really test its performance on the road. So far, I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Excellent service with quick response! Beside the damaged brake, everything was fine with the delivery. The service member immediately helped me with getting money for a new disc brake and also helped me with some other questions. Bike quality is awesome

Amazing bike

The bike is great. Relative easy for an amature to assemble, light,and solid.
The customer service leaves something to be desired. Not shipped from a US warehouse (I'm in Canada), and there was no tracking or updates for the three weeks it took for the bike to get into UPS' hands. Once UPS got it, things went smoothly.
